Fall Projects at the chapel

 
Projects at Glennallen Community Chapel
Our church is in need of some cleaning and maintenance.  Would you, and/or  your family, be willing to take on a task or two?  By doing so, we can spread the work load out among many of us.  This list will be posted on the bulletin board in the foyer and on the church website.  Either write your name on the list by the task you are selecting, or email the church office so we know what you've chosen ([email protected]).  Thank you for your willingness to help!
 
Basement

1. Wash windows (inside and out)
2. Dust
3. Sort SS materials in yellow room
4. Build shelves in storage area near back stairs where paint, AWANA games, kitchen paper products, tablecloths, table decorations, etc., can be stored.
5. When shelves are completed, they need to be filled.
6. Painting projects:

1. Small section in main room in basement
2. AWANA room
3. Other half of storage room

1. Kitchen needs extra stuff  moved out to storage  shelves

Main floor
1. Wash windows (inside and out)
2.  Clean and dust area
3. Paint accent wall in room left of stage
4. Paint accent wall in room right of stage
5. Women’s restroom needs a new vanity with doors. The room could use new   paint and decorating.
 
Foyer

1. Wash windows (inside and out)
2. Wash blinds
3. Dust and clean

 
Upstairs

1. Wash windows
2. Dust and clean

 
General Muscle Work

1. Using hand trucks, remove boxes of videos from right of stage room to put in out buildings
2. Remove old printer, etc. in basement storage

 
Landscaping and yard work

1. Front by road-cut out willows
2. Prune larger trees
3. Trim longer willows and shape
4. General clean up of old trees
5. Log or railroad ties border in front of chapel for flowers to sit behind
