Think back to Moses leading the people of Israel out of Egypt. God told them to build stone monuments to help them remember. The heap of stones was to be a tool so they had opportunity to tell their children about God's grace.
We also have tools to help us remember God's grace.
Our celebration of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection is a memory tool of the greatest expression of God's grace that we can experience. Make plans to be at the Chapel on August 30 for the worship service when we will celebrate the Lord's Supper. We have taken steps to keep "social distance" while still partaking of the elements of the Communion Service.
How long has it been since you remembered Christ's sacrifice and thanked Him for it?
